Quuny

🎛️ A quiet monologue from someone who's lived in:
- the world of electronics,
- the world of welfare,
- and the world of education.

That’s why I feel the disconnect—
a misalignment only visible when you've crossed those wires.

🎓 What happens when a word gains “authority”?

In education and welfare,
when a respected figure uses a term,
it starts to walk on its own — as if it were the one and only truth.

And then:
- The frontline is left behind.
- Trainers start preaching from above.
- Words begin to drift away from lived reality.

But I’ve realized something:

🪛 *Real understanding is born only when language and lived experience align.*

I have no authority.
But maybe that’s why I can still *listen to the voices on the ground*
and quietly rewire the meaning of words.

I don’t share this because I want to change others.

🌱 I share it because something shifted inside me.
And I wanted to leave it here—
clearly, gently—
just in case someone else was tuning in to the same frequency.

"Language doesn't belong to authority.
It belongs to those who still remember how it feels."
